1. Telesales Operator

Are you confident on the phone and skilled at building rapport with new people? We’re looking for a motivated Telesales Operator to join our sales team. Your role will involve making cold calls to prospective clients, introducing our services, and generating new business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls and client information
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Previous telesales or sales experience preferred but not essential

2. Sales Executive – Lead Fulfilment

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Executive to handle qualified leads and convert appointments set by the telesales team into closed sales. You’ll manage the sales process from initial interest to payment and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up and engage with qualified leads
Present our services confidently to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and close sales
Ensure smooth handover to onboarding team
Achieve or exceed sales targets

Requirements:

Proven sales experience (digital marketing preferred)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and customer service
Goal-driven and confident in a fast-paced environment

3. Experienced Digital Marketer

We’re looking for an Experienced Digital Marketer with hands-on experience managing and optimising Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. You’ll be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage PPC campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram
Optimise campaigns for performance and ROI
Work with sales and content teams to align strategies
Stay current with marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements:

Proven track record managing paid ad campaigns
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Creative and detail-oriented approach
Team player with independent drive
